The Team: He played much better in 2016 when he had a lot of Senior talent around him. "I've got Allen at No. 2. So obviously I think he's in the mix more so than Josh Rosen. And the biggest-armed quarterback I've seen since JaMarcus Russell is Josh Allen,'' Mayock said. "So I think when you're the GM of Cleveland, and you've got to be thinking about the weather, if you're playing outside, you need a big arm. His new offensive coordinator came over from Pittsburgh, and he's used to Ben Roethlisberger." He has been compared to Wentz and Roethlisberger.
Dorsey loves the strong armed QB, and Allen has the strongest. "So, to me, Josh Allen has to be in that conversation at one or four along with Darnold. Perhaps Rosen," Mayock said. "And Mayfield. But I think this is just my gut, I think Darnold and Allen are the two guys they would consider the most highly." We all know how Dorsey took the wild, and wildly armed QB from Houston, Mahomes.
Allen is not as wild, but might be more wildly armed than Mahones. "And the biggest-armed quarterback I've seen since JaMarcus Russell is Josh Allen," Mayock said. "So I think when you're the GM of Cleveland, and you've got to be thinking about the weather, if you're playing outside, you need a big arm. His new offensive coordinator, came over from Pittsburgh, and he's used to Ben Roethlisberger." He has Big Ben's size.

The Jets trade (and soon to be Bills trade;) changes everything. They now cannot mess around with this pick. They have to take their QB here, and loose Barkley to the Giants. If they take Barkley here? Then the Giants have to take Barkley or Darnell, then the Jets will take Darnell or Allen, leaving them with Rosen, Barley, or Chubb at Four. Which is not a bad thing.

Except, they are set to take Allen in this Draft. "Hue Jackson is a great guy. Coach Haley [is as well]. They got it going on. They have a lot of good questions. Pulled up some video and [were] able to talk about football and felt like the meeting went really well. They're going to do what's best for their franchise, so they've got some time to make a decision that's going to fit them the best." Then they have to worry about the Bills trading up to Two or Six.
If they take Barkley at One. "That was crazy,'' Allen said. "Yeah, it was really cool. They had some fans inside the stadium this year and I'm happy that they were able to get out here and kind of see the talent that's going to be entering this NFL Draft. Just happy to be a part of it." Just because they have Allen as the number one QB doesn't mean anyone else does.
The best Drafts are when teams take of chance, and the gamble pays and they get the two dudes they covet. "They're just asking how I'm working to fix it." Allen said. "[I am] giving them the answer that I usually give to the other coaches. And that's working with [a trainer] Jordan Palmer. Working on my base, my footwork, short front stride, all that jazz. And hopefully I went out there today and showed the improvement." Of course, the worse Drafts are when a team takes a chance, and someone takes their second dude, and they panic.

New GM Dorsey needed a young Franchise QB last year, so what he did in last year's Draft is very important in regards to this pick. "Who knows?'' Dorsey said when asked about Allen. "Let's meet him first, and let's see how it unfolds. And does he fit in the long-term plans of this organization? Those are the things you have to think through in the early stages of the process. But do I want to meet him as a person to see? Yeah, I do.'' Getting Tyrod to mentor Allen was a huge boon for him.
Allen needs to sit on the bench for at least a year, like Mahomes and Jimmy-G did. "Do they win?" Dorsey said. "Do they have the physical skills necessary to play that position? Do they have a strong arm? Do they have deep ball accuracy? Do they have feet? Can they extend a play? Are they a leader of men? We could go on and on, but at the end of the day it's about winning." Yes to Allen. Hell no to Mayfield.

The Player: 4/07 Josh Allen: Fighting For Respect.

The Reason: Josh Allen has the most upside of any QB in this Draft. He has also had a phenomenal season, and looked like the top pick in the Draft at the Senior Bowl and Combine.

Every thing the Browns are doing screams Allen. The Tyrod Taylor pick up was a great one. He is an athletic QB that can play in an offense designed for Josh Allen. He and Allen can do a lot of similar things, only Allen has a bazooka for an arm. Taylor can step in on Day One and take all the pressure off of Allen, as they learn the Browns new (motion) offense.

I buy that they like Allen. He's the most athletic of the the three QBs, and he has the strongest arm. Plus, last year it seem everyone knew what the Browns were doing in the Draft. So why not this year as well?

So the question is do they take Allen at Number One, or take a chance he drops to Four. At first I said yes. Then No. Then after half of the teams in the top ten signed QBs, I think he will drop to Four. We know Barkley won't drop past Two.

They have started to fire decision makers who pass on QBs with top five picks. There is no doubt that there is a mandate from the owner to Draft a damn QB, or your on the employment line.

The Team: Word coming out of New Jersey is that they would Bradford here. If he is on the Board. he is the only QB they like. But their history says that they take Edgerushers high. Though Reese was fired. So can you say that. However, Gettleman was the Carolina GM that liked D-end in the 1st as well.

So I'm torn between two rumors. I just did Chubb's Tape, and he was the best I've seen in the first half of the season. However, Eli is done. And they liked last year's 3rd Round pick so much that they started Geno Smith over him, when Eli was so terrible they couldn't play him any more.

So they have to go QB here. They cannot go into next season with the Three Stooges at QB: Eli, Geno, and Webb. It is nice to think that Eli is still a viable option. Bur I have been waiting for reports of his injuries that caused him to play like a rookie from a Red Raider system. He wasn't injured last year. He just sucked. There is no reason to think that suck will some how improve now that he is a year older. Mark my words! If Darnold is on the Board at Two they will take him.

The Giants have to go QB here, but I have to wonder if they have a linebacker left on their roster? The player they really want is Saquon Barkley. So maybe Manning can play for a year or two behind Barkley running the ball. If they don't have a HOF RB prospect to help out, Manning cannot win. If Barkley is on the Board this is the easy pick in the Draft.

The top picks really come down to the top two QBs: Rosen and Darnold. Darnold is considered the better prospect, because he is a much better athlete. He is a much better leader. He has been better in the clutch, and he is better at taking hit, getting up, and completing the next pass.
Darnold is the guy who has the It factor. "But I love Darnold because he's a gym rat," Mora said. "And he can he can improvise. He can make things happen on the move. They're going to play different style of offenses. I think Darnold gives you a little bit more running ability, a little bit more mobility in the pocket." Darnold has been better taking hits and in the clutch, and still completing passes.

Giants took a QB in last years Draft. So the question is, do they think Davis Webb is the answer to replace Eli. I think that answer to that has become a resounding "NO!"

The Player: 4/07 Sam Darnold: It's All About The Feet.

The Reason: If Darnold is on the Board they will not pass on him. The Manning era is over, get over it. The Giants get lucky, and the QB many think is the top guy in this Draft falls to them. But he has some arm strength issues, some accuracy issues, and some fumbling issues. But is young, and has it. Of all the QBs in this Draft, Bradford has the charisma that pulls teammates to him. He is a natural leader.

Read the books that Support this Website. As thousands of fans have already done and enjoyed.

The Team: Well, we've all read this in the funny papers. The J-E-T-S are going to take Mayfield, and they let it slip. This is a great pick! For Pats' Fans. The further Rosen falls and the higher Mayfield rises, the better it is for the Pats.

Mayfield will be a bust in the NFL, and set he Jets Franchise back another 10-years. Part of the reason the Pats have owned the AFC East is because of the Big three. But the other AFC teams the past fifteen years or so have done a great job contributing to the Pats victories by making decisions like this.

This Franchise is a waste of time, until they find a legit QB. Rosen is the intellectual QB that knows what every player is doing on every play. That is not an insult. It is a Brady like compliment. He has the mind, and he showed he could take a hit last year. He didn't show that his first two seasons at UCLA. He turtled when he was hit more than once, but not last season. He showed he was tougher and smarter than he looked.

It is amazing how teams play games with their QB situations. I thought Bryce Petty could be the answer, but he was the worst QB the Pats faced all season. "I don't know. Mentally, I know he has come a long way,"  the HC of the NJJ said about Petty. "He's learned a lot from Josh, just standing on the sideline, him and [Christian Hackenberg]. Until he plays physically, we won't know that answer." Now they are desperate.

They cannot continue to build their organization without a QB. "He's best when he's decisive, and can show off his impeccable downfield accuracy," Chris Trapasso said. "Mayfield's athletic enough to elude rushers in the Big 12. [However] at the NFL level? I don't know if he'll be able to create Russell Wilson-type magic while ad-libbing." He was able to create it against Georgia's SEC-defense.

When you don't address your needs in the Draft than you get worse the next year. "We are very happy to extend both Mike and Todd," the CEO of the NJJ Christopher Johnson said. "During their time here, they have worked together to help the organization build a foundation on which to grow. They are identifying, developing, and getting productivity out of our players. I believe we are headed in the right direction. This provides us continuity and stability as we continue to move this team toward sustained success." It is amazing to me that GMs and Coaches don't understand that Drafts are about team building. They only addressed five of their top eleven needs in last years Draft.

The Player3/14 Baker Mayfield: I Don't Get It.

The Reason: The Jets QB situation might be the worst QB situation east, south, and west of Cleveland. They have picked bad QB after bad QB. This will be the third QB in the last three Drafts without a winner among them.

The Jets are so desperate for a QB reboot that they will select any leftover QB in the top ten.

The Team: Okay Pats fans it is time to give it a rest for Lombardi sakes! The Browns are not going to give up Barkley (or Chubb) for the 23rd and 31st friggin' picks, and any infinite amount of 2nd Rounders you think they can line up. Just plain stupid to say the Pats can trade up to this pick. Just tell me one reason why the over Draft-picked Browns would give up Barkley for more extra picks that they can't fit on their roster, you idiots?

Barkley was the best player in college football last year, and he still somehow blew up the Combine. this is the opposite scenario as before the Combine. If they want Barley they have to take him here, or the Giants will take him him at Two, Or they have to make the Giants think they will take him to help Taylor, and not Allen to learn behind Taylor for a year or two, so the desperate Giants trade up to take him. You have to question if the Browns can pull it off, but this pick should be Barkley, by Cleveland or New Jersey.

If I were the Browns and I wanted Allen, I'd take Barkley here. Now I'm not saying this is what they will do. I'm saying they should go Chubb or Barkley here. Then go for their QB at 4. I think they should go for Barkley (even though I believe that you should never take an Penn State RB in the 1st), because he looks like the best player in the Draft to help a young QB succeed.

We don't need no stinking Quarterbacks. Okay, so maybe we do?

The Player: 3/10 Saquon Barkley: Seeking Perfection.
The Reason:
They could soon be Playoff bound once Allen develops, and Barkley running wild over defenses to take pressure off their QB. No positions affects wins as a rookie more than a top RB. When a rookie RB gets pro bowl considerations they add an average 4.8 Wins to the teams record the previous year

The Team: They got to know Mayfield at the Senior Bowl, and weren't impressed. If the Broncos don't take Mayfield here, he could have a long way to fall. The signing of Keenum tells me they were not impressed with Mayfield. So when the top Edgerusher in the Draft drops down to you at Five, you just take him and smile.  However, if Rosen drops to them they will jump all over him.

Now have a chance to pair an edgerusher with Von Miller, like they had with DeMarcus Ware, only the opposite. Now Miller is the veteran. It was not just their defense, but their two edgerusher that lead them to victory against the Pats in the AFC Champ game that led to their last Super Bowl. Pairing Davenport with Miller, to mentor him, could bring them back to the best Sackers in the game.

The Broncos coached him at the Senior Bowl. "If John Elway asks you to be on your team?" Mayfield said. "You don’t say no." They asked specifically for Mayfield to be on their team. They liked him so much that they traded for NFC hero Case Keenum. That was not a public endorsement.

They got the QB they so desperately needed. However, the Jets trade changed everything in this Draft. If Rosen is still on the Board they have to take him, or trade this pick to the Bills. Elway will have to decide if Keenum is the long term solution (which I buy;), or the veteran stop gap as you develop a young QB.

If he Keenum is their man than they can trade this pick to the Bills, for at least their 1st next year (and #12, obviously;). "I think they're both be great pros, first of all," ex-UCLA HC Jim Mora said. "Totally different styles of play, but I'm going to go with Josh, because he's a pure passer. He's got a motion that you would love to see in your mini camp. I mean, it's just pure, and it's clean. And he can make every throw. He can throw with velocity, he can throw with touch." Now of course he has to say that because they are good friends.

Josh has been much improved this past season in Moving his feet in the pocket, and getting the ball downfield with that extra time. "But Josh has that way, like all the great ones, and the guys you played with," Mora said. "That kind of slip and slide around in the pocket, and find the window, and then they can get it there on time. They're both going to be great. But Josh is one of my guys, I got to go with him." The Jets won't have the choice here, they get who drops.

By all accounts Mayfield was impressive. "Like most positions, you want to see guys operate in the meeting room, how they engage their teammates and obviously the football part: the arm talent, how they move in the pocket, and those things," Broncos HC Joseph said. "To have a chance to coach the Senior Bowl allows you to have an intimate setting to evaluate the players. All the players here. To me, it’s a clear advantage to be here and coaching this game." The coaching staff was able to work with him for five days.

Some see him as the next Drew Brees. "You watch Drew Brees play, he’s figured it out," Joseph said. "He’s a very successful quarterback. Guys figure it out. Good players figure it out. I wouldn’t be concerned about that." But you have had a lot of contenders for the next Brees.

The Broncos are QB-less and desperate. They have other needs. But the QB situation is the kind of terror that can only cause a purging of the coaching staff. The problem is that they are third on the QB-desperate list in a two QB Draft.

The Player4/07 Josh Rosen: Most Ready, But Not Really Ready.

The Reason: If you draft smart tough players, like Rosen, you get a smart tough team. After doing the Tapes of the top three QBs, Rosen has as good a chance of being the best QB from this Draft as Darnold or Allen. Knowing the offense through and through, and what every player on offense has to do on every play, is the ultimate trait of an NFL QB. Elway knows that better than me.

They never really recovered form the lose of Ware. Yes the team fell apart when what's name retired, but the defense has not been the same since Ware retired. With Keenum pulling the offense back together, Miller and eventually Davenport could pull the Defense together. But if Chubb is on the Board he is the instant pick.

Personally I don't buy the Mayfield myth. "I want smart players. I want tough players. I want guys who love football, on top of having ability," Joseph said. "Once you get to this level, as far as the physical ability, it’s very close. But the thing that separates players is the mind-set: the love of football, how he learns, what kind of teammate he’s going to be, leadership skills. That’s what I want to get to with our football team: finding Broncos." So they go Rosen here.

The TeamThey brilliantly trade down, and get the most athletic edgerusher in this Draft. They also picked up picks 37 and 49 in this Draft (who could be OL Frank Ragnow and OLT Martinas Rankins).

The Player: 4/07 Bradley Chubb: Wrecking Ball With a Brain.

The Reason: Besides Tampa, the Colts have the biggest need for an edgerusher.

There will be three OG/OCs sitting there for them in the 2nd, So taking Nelson here seems ludicrous to me. I cannot believe that anyone would Nelson here, over one of the big OG/OCs (who played played more Guard than Center in college) in the 2nd. The Team: The Buccs had the worse passrush in the NFL last season. They need a passrusher or two, and a Corner or two in this Draft. If Davenport drops to them, they will be the happiest Franchise in the NFL on Draft Day.

They have their QB. "Score more points, that is one issue," Koetter said. "The number two biggest issue is we can’t get pressure with a four-man rush. I’m not telling anybody any big secrets here. Those were our two biggest things that need to be addressed." Now they need someone who can hit the QB.

The Player: 2/10 Marcus Davenport: Best Surprise In The Draft.
The Reason: They are also need to pick up a Safety and a Corner in this Draft. Fitzpatrick can play both. They will start him at CB, and if it doesn't work out they will move him to Free Safety.

They garnered the least amount of sacks in the NFL last season.

CB Kyle Fuller-(Offer Sheet)

The Team: They had three good Corners, and all three were free agents. They all got scooped up quick. Amukamara resigned. Fuller signed an offer sheet, and their young CB Callahan is a restricted free agent. So he will stay. They have other needs that are more desperate, like some friggin' weapons for their QB. But offensive weapons are not on the Board in this range. They should be looking to trade down to pick up some extra picks, and grab some weapons for their desperate QB a little further down.

They need help all over the field. They need to start building the defense. Getting a do it all leader for their secondary could finally allow them to dump Pacman.

The Player: Ward is the best CB in this Draft at moving backwards with his eyes on the QB.  "He’s second-strongest guy in the [CB] room," his DB coach Coombs said. "He doesn’t look like it, but you combine that speed and that strength. He can change directions and break on the ball. He was a great receiver in high school; he’s got great ball skills. I’m just excited to see him play. He’s real now." He is a bit underdeveloped, and has only been a starter for one season.

However, he was essentially a starter for a couple of years as their Nickel Corner. "The thing he’s got to do better in press coverage is just using his hands at the line of scrimmage, getting on-body coverage and staying tight. Being able to play extended series and being able to play with the game on the line in front of 110,000 people," Coombs said. "I don’t have any doubt he’s going to be able to do that. He ran down on kickoff team in big games in big situations and made dynamic plays. He’s had a phenomenal fall camp. I have every expectation he’s going to walk out on the field and he’s going to be an impact player." Best mover in the Draft.

Combine: Elite athlete for his size. Great click and close. Great quicks in coverage. He will likely be the first Corner taken. He is good against the run as well. He is very strong, but very light. He will gain weight with time. Two straight 4.3s just solidified him as the first Corner taken. Great Vert. Great special teams player. He can help a team in so many ways as a rookie. He could play in the slot right away. He is strong and can really hit. He can fly off the edge, and leap up high to block kicks and punts. Elite loose hips. Loves to watch the QB and go and get the ball. Great feet. Nice hips in second transition.

The Reason: I chose Ward over Fitzpatrick because he is a better pure Corner. Fitzpatrick is a better player than Ward, but I think his position is a little undefined. If they think Fitzpatrick can play CB fulltime they will take him here. Otherwise it is Ward.

Best player available pick. They need to replace Fuller. Ward showed he was a top ten CB at the Combine. He is short, but he doesn't play that way. He is strong and tough, and he can fly. The Bears have to take a strong look at Ward here. The more I watch him the more I liked him.

The Team: Another team whose needs don't necessarily fit their range. They need to arm Jimmy-G. So he can not just lead them to the Playoffs, but have a chance to succeed in the Playoffs. Nelson is not necessarily a weapon, but he should make all their other weapons better, blocking for Jimmy-G and Jerick McKinnon.

With Jimmy-G at QB the Niners will win more games than they should, now that they have a QB. The Pats will not have pick 33 or 34, and it could go as low as pick 37 (which turned into 41).

The Player: 3/24 Quinton Nelson: Inside Dominance.

The Team: The Raiders need an LB, but the value of LBs is not found in top ten picks. They are also desperate for a CB and a Safety. I think Fitzpatrick drops to them and they pounce. Fitzpatrick is a phenomenal player, but what is his position in the NFL.

The top edge guys are not gone. There are three guys who stand at the top. If Laundry drops they cannot pass on him. He would be a great compliment to Mack.

The top edge guys are gone. They still need some help at CB. They could easily go LB here, but when a top ten Corner drops to you, you have to take him. CBs are just more valuable than LBs. They took Conley in the 1st last year. But he has Character Concerns, and he was injured most of the season. If Conley can put it together mentally and physically he could help another Ohio ST CB adjust to the NFL.

They signed Sean Smith to be their Number One, but he sucked and was an 8 Mil Cap hit this year. So both there attempts to find starting CBs didn't work out last year. Smith is gone, and Conley needs to stay on the field. Ward could be the Number One CB on this team that takes the pressure off the other CBs. They need some help in the middle. They have some great edgerushers that are struggling because they get no inside push.

The Player: Fitzpatrick is a phenomenal leader and football player. "Minkah does it as well as anybody I’ve ever coached, in terms of how he works every day, how he finishes plays, his conditioning level, just phenomenal," Saban said. "Pays attention to detail. It’s important to him. Makes sure he knows what to do." He can play Safety and Corner.

I think he can step into the NFL and be a top Corner. "A lot of players that are good players I’ve heard them say 'I'm saving it for the game.' Every one of those players, and all those teams that I’ve been on that the players say that, none of them are worth a **** (ah, crap). He doesn’t do that. He works every day to get better," Saban said. "I hope we have more and more players who work like him. Because when you have players that do that, you usually have a pretty good team. He sets a great example and we’re excited to be able to utilize him in a lot of different ways." Plus, if he struggles at CB, he could be an All-Pro Safety.

He can play FS and Cover One, Box safety, Nickel and Dime CB, outside CB, and of course Strong Safety. He is the most versatile defender in this Draft. He as recruited to Alabama as a CB. Great size, speed, and agility allows him to play anywhere in the secondary. He was really Alabama's main Box Safety, and Harrison back him up at FS.

A&M: He is hard to keep track of, they are moving him all over the defense. He will be at FS one play, and on the line the next. When he plays CB, he can throw the CB to the ground trying to block him, and go and punish the RB to the ground as well. He just does everything. I don't know if you can take a FS in the top 10, but he plays enough CB to justify it.
He can play the box like a MLB. There just seems like there is nothing he can't do. He is the man. His INT against A&M in the endzone was one of the best I've seen. He is a FS and a CB, and he stepped in front of the WR and snagged the ball that would have gotten A&M within a score.
Auburn: He finds the ball all over the field. Great blitzer. He has that knack for hitting the QB. He can shoulder slap the TE and burst past him to the QB. Amazing job finding the RB behind he LOS. He flies in like a guided isle and takes out the RB in the backfield. He is so great and turning back and crushing the QB when he takes off. One of the most aware players on the field I have ever seen. He can cover the Tight End, RB, and Wide receivers outside.

Clemson: Top player against top comp. He can line up at CB, and instantly come off him, and go down hill into the RB running with the ball. He played Safety and nickel corner against Clemson. He will line up in the Slot a lot, and not let the slot WR get anything. He has that knack for finding the ball. Team leader, who sets up the defense and runs it like a coach on the field. He takes great angles downfield, and can get across the field and tackle the WR going down the sideline. Terrific covering the TE down the Seam. Good blitzer, who hurts the QB when he blitzes into him.

The Reason: The positional value of Fitzpatrick out weights the LBs. There is also a nice list of Day Two LBs who can step and start as they develop as rookies.

Putting Laundry on the opposite side of Mack would help this defense more than anything else. Mario Williams is back for his 40th season. It is going to end sharply for him, and the Raiders need a plan.

Smith would be a great piece that allows Mack to rush more, and concentrate on stopping the run less.

The Team: Their ILBs stink. Especially in coverage. They need to get an ILB or two who can step and reinforce the middle of their defense, and hopefully help in coverage.

One thing I noticed watching Miami is that their O-line sucks. They spent a lot of Draft capital on their O-line, and it was a sieve against the Pats.

The Player: Edwards is a freak. He is only 19, and is freakishly strong. He is very patient letting the play come to him, and finds the RB consistently. Nice job when he is stuck to the blocker, driving him into the ball carrier. Very strong taking on blocks and at the point. Follows blockers and slips by them with terrific quicks, but he will get fooled by misdirection. He will cover the RB swinging out of the backfield sometimes. He will pick up the RBs coming through the line and cover him in man.

The Reason: They have to start to thinking about replacing Wake. Edmunds is athletic enough to be a 3-4 OLB. But they also really need to think about replacing both ILBs. They have to replace Timmons as well. Edmunds can step in and start for the Dolphins at the Will, Sam, or Mike. They essentially cut Timmons this off season. McMillan was a nice pick in the 2nd last year, but he blew his knee out. The problem is that Edmunds looks like an Edge guy, but he played and plays like an ILB. Teams will try to convert him outside.

They took an OG in the 5th last season, but I think Tunsil is an OLG. So grabbing Miller to play OLT would help their line at three positions, even if Ariata is a backup at ORG and OLG. Another interesting thought is Derwin James. Does anyone else see him as a smallish cover LB? Which is something the Dolphins really need.

The Team: They Bills could use an Edgerusher in the endless quest to beat Brady.

Mayfield is set to make a big fall. He could drop like Aaron Rogers. They traded their starting OLT to get up to twelve. You only trade an OLT if you think that leads to a more important piece. The only piece more important than an OLT is a QB.

They made the bold move to trade up into position to get a QB. I had Rosen drifting down here, even though he is my third QB, before the Bills traded up. Not that it matters. They now have the ammo to get up into the Top Five and pick the guy they really want.

Getting McCarron was a big deal (and I thought their legit starter before the trade up). He is a guy they can start for a while as they develop the kid. The good news is that Rosen is the most like McCarron of the QBs (like Allen is most like Tyrod Taylor). So they won't have to change the offense too much when they transition to Rosen. If they transition to Rosen.

Though I think they can win with McCarron. All the QB signings this week really screwed me up. I haven't figured out how it affect this Draft yet. There are a lot of good QBs on teams in the top half of the Draft. It is very unusual. I would say the Bills are set at QB now, but they traded up to put themselves into position to pop into the top five. Which always spells QB. You don't trade from 21 to top five for an RB or a DE. Though Barkley and Chubb might be worth it this year.

The Player: 2/17 Harold Landry: Relentless.

The Reason: They may get lucky, It looks like Rosen is going to drop out of the top four or five. They should be able to start tempting GMs, starting at Five, with their two 1st. If the Broncos trade Rosen to the Bills two 1st, they will see Landry as a steal here to pair with Miller. I think Landry's best comp is Miller, because of his bend, arc agility, and burst off the snap.

It looks like the Bills are trading up for a young QB, which one it is we don't know yet. But I don't see why a top five would trade down this far. So they have to take what falls to them.

Second Choice: Lamarr Jackson QB
