Pats Vs. Bears: Part II.

2. Pats Draft- This game is going to be the opposite of last week’s game. “Very difficult. I think you've got a guy who's very athletic, accurate, knows how to run the offense. And then they have an offense with a lot of weapons. You talk about [Tarik] Cohen, you talk about [Taylor] Gabriel, talk about [Allen] Robinson, you talk about [Trey] Burton. All of these guys are really top-tier players that can play,” Devin said. “They do a great job if it's going vertical, throwing a shot, or if it's just throwing the ball three yards into space and making you tackle one of those guys that are really good in space. So, the offense creates a lot of problems. I think we've seen that from watching film. I mean, 45 points against Tampa, back-and-forth against Miami last week. So, it's definitely going to be a tough challenge.” Last week they had the best offensive in the NFL, and maybe the worst defense in the NFL.

However, this week the Offense isn’t the worst in the NFL by any stretch, but it is very young. “This has been a really impressive team to watch. Obviously, a team we don’t know very well and a lot of changes since the last time we saw them, even in practice a couple years ago here,” BB said. “But changes on the coaching staff. A lot of changes on the players, but playing very well. They’re really a good defensive team: take the ball away, powerful up front, a lot of good-smart coverage players. You know, Vic [Fangio] does a real good job with that group. They’re sound. They give you a lot of different looks. They’re hard to prepare for, and they’ve got a lot of good players.” Their defense might be the best (Okay so it's third best;).

They might have the best Defensive player in the NFL. “He gets after everybody. He’s a very disruptive player, so he turns it over on sacks, strip-sacks, fumbles, tipped balls, interceptions,” BB said about Mack. “He’s a really strong run player. He’s a good pass rusher. He’s got speed. He’s got power. He’s very aware and instinctive. So, yeah, he does more than sack the quarterback. He knocks the ball away from him, but he knocks it off running backs too. He’s tough.” Though some think he is not the best defensive player in the NFL.

But if he isn’t? Then Akiem Hicks might be. “Similar to Mack except he plays inside. He’s: strong, physical, very powerful, explosive guy, hard to block, hard to block in the running game, hard to block in the passing game,” BB said. “He’s got good power, knocks the pocket back. But he’s quick. He can get to the edge. He can make plays with his quickness, as well as he power and his strength. Plays hard, tough, good football player.” He has been a beast this season so far.

Now the offense isn’t as bad as I thought. They are 10th in Point per game with 27.8. That could be tough to beat on the road against the 4th best defense, giving up 19.2 PPG. In the age of Fantasy Football, the NFL keeps changing rule to help the offense, because that’s where all the new ratings are. But when the 4th best defense is giving up about 20 PPG? That is too far for me.

But as long as Fantasy has become most football dudes football concerns, it is only going to get worse. But as the weather gets cold, and the rules loosen in the Playoffs, it is still the teams that can make stops that win in the Playoffs. This is going to be a tougher game than last week, but not as exciting going up and down the field.

3. Ole Miss Vs Auburn- Okay so the Pats WR-Corps is finally a full unit. But that doesn’t mean that the Pats endless quest for legit NFL Wide Receivers they have had this season is over. Especially this year where it seems the best offensive players in this Draft are Wide Receivers. Every time I look I seem to see a WR who could go in the First. Teams are going to draft offensive players in the First in this years Draft, despite the overwhelming talent of the defensive prospects.

There could be six or seven WRs taken in the First in this incredible DL-Draft (Stills has to go in the 1st). The OLs are not as good this year. The QBs seem to be looking worse rather than better. I’m not sure you can take Stidham or Lock in the 1st this year? Though a couple of desperate teams likely will. My Number Two QB right now is Greer (I finally finish the K-State game;)

There are a lot of OC-HCs in the NFL. Take the Bears for example, I can guarantee that Bears HC Nagy, who was an OC in KC (lol), will be looking at offensive weapons in next years Draft. That is what he knows. A lot of teams will be looking for offense, knowing that they can likely snag a First Round talent DL in the 2nd, like one of the two Miss ST DLs Sweat or Simmons. I think they are 1st Round talents, but as teams push for offensive guys, some good DLs are going to drop into Day Two.

This is a big one. Mississippi has three wide receivers who are going to be drafted. The problem is that maybe the best one, Metcalf, is a Sophomore, and should stay in school. However, every sign seems to be he’s coming out.

AJ Brown is the big Slot guy, who does a lot of things that the Pats usually like in a WR. He should be on the Board when they pick in the 1st, but not the 2nd.

Lodge is the Number One WR. He is the X that lines up on the QB's right every play. He has a lot to like as well. Good size, great release. He consistent beats SEC Corners right off the release. He is physical and tough.

The Pats could be picking between one of these guys at pick 32.

#1 *A.J. Brown- WR, 6-1, 225, - Brown is a remarkable talent. He played in the slot a lot last season, which makes him an instant target of the Pats. He is a good sized WR (great size for the Slot). He can use his hands, size, and strength to get inside the defender. Not sure he has the speed for the 1st.

He is a good punt returner. He is Mississippi’s slot guy. With Metcalf and Lodge at the Z and X on the field he moved inside and plays in the Slot every snap. So he is a guy the Pats will definitely be looking at. He is very big for a Slot guy, and he can get deep down the seam. Returning punts doesn't hurt his résumé with the Pats either.

2017: Selected to numerous All-American teams, receiving second team laurels from Phil Steele and third team recognition from the Associated Press ... Tabbed First Team All-SEC by the league coaches, AP and Phil Steele, while pulling in second team honors from Athlon ... 1-of-10 semifinalists for the Biletnikoff Award (11/13) ... 2017 recipient of the C Spire Conerly Trophy (best player in Mississippi) ... Broke the Ole Miss record for single-season receiving yards ... Tied the single-season school record for receiving touchdowns ... Led the SEC and ranked 10th in the nation in receiving yards ... Also led the league, ranking 11th in the nation, in receiving touchdowns ... Became only the third receiver in Ole Miss history to go over 1,000 in a season ... Caught the third most passes in a single season in Rebel history ... vs. South Alabama (9/1/17): Broke the school record for receiving yards in a game with 233 vs. the Jaguars, topping Eddie Small's mark of 210 set in 1993 ... Hauled in eight catches, two of which were touchdowns (71, 77 yds), the first receiver in school history with two 70-plus yard receiving TDs in the same game ... 233 yards were the 13th-most in a game in SEC history ..

#5 DaMarkus Lodge- WR, 6-1, 225, #1 - He will sustain his block longer on the outside than Brown. Nice job holding the CB outside on inside runs. He will give second and third efforts blocking for his teammates.

He is terrific on the Screen. Very elusive with the ball in his hands. I love how he uses his quick feet to consistently beat the big Corner at the LOS. He seems to take either shoulder at will. He lines up on the QB’s right every down for a reason. Great awareness on the sideline. Great job diving out for the ball thrown out of bound, and angling his feet back to stay in bounds.

#14 **DK Metcalf- WR, 6-4, 230, Rs-Soph– He might be the best of the bunch on Mississippi. He is a Redshirt Soph, so it is unlikely that he is coming out. However, there is a lot of smoke that he is coming out. He could be the first WR taken if he comes out. He is a big strong and fast WR. Nice job extending his inside arm to keep CB away from his shirt.

He is Mississippi's Z-receiver. He lines up outside on the QBs left. Nice job crushing the cushion and taking the outside shoulder of the Receiver, and then he is wide open because of his elite size. Not always the best in route on short patterns.

2017 (REDSHIRT FRESHMAN): SEC All-Freshman ... Week 10 SEC Co-Freshman of the Week following his game-winning TD catch at Kentucky ... Played and started in all 12 games ... Caught 39 passes for 646 yards and seven TDs in 2017, all career highs ... Ranked seventh in the SEC with seven TD receptions ... Had a solid season opener vs. South Alabama (9/2/17): Hauled in a career high eight catches for a career high 84 yards.

#74 *Greg Little- 6-6, 325, - Nice job jamming the DT, the OLG is blocking, when the Edge guy fake rushes, and staying square to the edge guy in case he goes. He moves back low and wide, and extends his inside arm to the rusher, and I love how he extends is outside hand to the blitzing OLB. He has that knack for seeing more than one rusher or blitzer in the scheme. Very smart guy.

When he gets low and mean he is great and driving through the DE, and then getting his hands on the LB, and drive him backwards a few yards. He will get too high sometimes. I love how he eyes the OLB when he doesn’t rush or drop, he will stick his elbow into the rips of the 5-tech.

I’m still not sure about his feet. But he doesn’t lose initially to speed. He can flash outside and meet the small fast OLB at the pass. His feet look a little award, but they are quicker than I give him credit.

#50 Sean Rawlings- 6-5, 293, OL/OC,- 2017 (JUNIOR): 2017 (JUNIOR): Rimington Trophy Watch List ... Played and started in 11 games at center in 2017 ... Pass protected for Ole Miss offense that led SEC in passing ... Got the start at C in game one vs. South Alabama (9/2/17): Helped the Rebels rack up 531 yards of total offense vs. the Jaguars ... vs. UT Martin (9/9/17): Started at C and helped Ole Miss tally 543 yards of total offense ... Helped the Rebels to 429 yards of total offense vs. Auburn (10/7/17) game earning the start at OC.

#79 Javon Patterson- 6-3, 310, OG/OC- 2017 (JUNIOR): Member of SEC Football Student-Athlete Leadership Council ... SEC Community Service Team ... Played and started in all 12 games for the Rebels on the offensive line ... Pass protected for Ole Miss offense that led SEC in passing ... Wuerffel Trophy Watch List (Premier Award for Community Service) ... AFCA Good Works Team nominee ... Earned the start at LG in the season opener vs. South Alabama (9/2/17): Helped the Rebels to 531 yards of total offense ... vs. UT Martin (9/9/17): Started at LG and helped the Rebels to 543 yards of total offense.

#19 Markel Winters- 6-3 252. DE, SR/TR/1)- Played in 11 games ... Ended year with five total tackles, 1.5 TFL, one pass breakup and one QB hurry ... Made his Rebel debut in the season opener vs. South Alabama (9/2/17): Credited with one pass breakup ... Made his first career tackle vs. LSU (10/21/17) ... vs. Arkansas (10/28/17): Had one TFL and a QBH ... Made two tackles, including 0.5 TFL in the win at Kentucky (11/4/17) ... Saw the field but did not record a stat in the win over Louisiana (11/11/17) ... Had one tackle against Texas A&M (11/18/17) ... Participated in the Egg Bowl win at No. 14 Mississippi State (11/23/17).

#28 Cameron Ordway- LB/STAR, SR/3)-

#36 Zedrick Woods- SS SR/3)-

#I previewed Auburn games twice already this season. Stidham is a guy who is dropping, and he could be there when the Pats pick at 32.

We know they love Etling, who reminds me of Matt Cassell. However, if they have a shot at one of the top five QBs in this Draft at 32? They have to think about it.

So watching Stidham could be important come April. He has the arm, and plays in the SEC. There is a lot to like about him. Plus, he lost a lot of talent to the NFL in last year's Draft. SO you have to remember that.

#8 Jarrett Stidham- QB, Soph, 6-3, 214- He is sinking in the ratings. He has not looked as good as last season.

#23 Ryan Davis- WR, 5-9, 185-

#76 Prince Tega Wanogho - 6-7, 307, OLT-

#3 Nate Craig-Myers- WR, 6-2, 214, -

#81 Darius Slayton- 6-2, 190,  n-

#33 Will Hastings- -

#64 Mike Horton- OG,6-4, 324, -

#77 Marquel Harrell- OG, 6-3, 307, -

#5 Derrick Brown- 6-5, 325, DT-

#3 Marlon Davidson- 6-3, 278, #5-

#95 Dontavius Russell- DT, 6-3, 320,- He is huge. He looks like an NFL NT to me. He can split the double and burst to the RB with some surprising speed.

#13 Javaris Davis- 5-10, 187, CB-

#12 Jamel Dean, 6-2, 208, CB-

#20 Jeremiah Dinson- 6', 195, FS-

#57 LB Deshaun Davis- 5-11, 225, LB, -

#61 Montavious Atkinson- 6-1, 219, LB, -

Be A Citizen! Not a Subject!

Fascist is as Fascist does. Beware American. President Fredo is pulling the cowardly republican Senate closer and closer to the cliff.

Amendment I. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances:

The 1st Amendment to the Constitution is the greatest paragraph ever written by mankind. It is the truest diagram of how to ensure a free Country of citizens survives. But is is also a list of what to attack when you want to be a fascist dictator. President Jerkballs is attacking every article in the 1st Amendment. Beware subjects, or you will be subjugated:

Republicans hate Americans!

First, they conspire with Russia to fix the Election!

And give us President Dumbass!

Now they have been spending the past few months,

Taking away the most sacred of rights for

There is nothing more evil in a Democracy

than what the (R)s are doing at the Polls.

To infringe on any person trying to vote

in an unforgivable SIN!!!!!!!

If you don't understand that

Than you are not a real American.

If you don't hate the (R)s for those crimes?

Than you hate REAL AMERICANS!

Yay, The Constitution is bleeding.
