Greetings Pats Fans,

First off I just want to thank all the fans of this site. I have been promoting my books for sale primarily on this site. As a result, I have sold almost 500 books in the past year. Thank you for your support and patronage, both are greatly appreciated. I cannot tell you how happy it made me when I read that report. So thank you Draft fans and Patriot fans alike, and mostly thank you to all the fans of my books and website worldwide.

The Playoffs Have Begun. Really! Pay Attention!

1. More Than Just BS- I believe the whole Wickersham article. Plus, once you hear some Trumpian say, "fake news" than you know that they know it's true. The idea that the ESPN guy made it all up is ridiculous. I'm not saying the article was worth a damn, but when he said a source said something than I can guarantee you that a source said it. To say otherwise is simpleminded, ignorant, and un-American.

However, just because a source says something doesn't mean they are right or know what they are talking about. And they certainly don't have the same perspective of the people they are talking about. Like a car crash, if you talked to four different witnesses, you would get four different stories. However, there will be truth and obvious similarities to each story.

Of course I also think it was much hullabaloo about nothing. Gee, there is tension in long-term business and competitive relationships. Stop the presses! I'm, shocked! Shocked there is competitiveness in this establishment.

Also, I wrote when they traded Garoppolo that it was the beginning of the end of the Patriots Dynasty. That article was another example of writers stealing my stuff. Hell, I haven't read the stupid article/ Once I heard he stole my title I refused. Unfortunately you are going to have to wait while I read his horrible article with its' stolen premise…

Well that sucked. But seriously! Who the hell is shocked that there is tension between long time employees at work? Are you kidding me! Do you have a job? That's just life. People get upset, and life goes on. One of least informative articles I have ever read.

2. Trading Patriots- The other controversy seems to be the trade of Garoppolo for a 2nd and Brian Hoyer. I was listening to the fight between Dale and the kid on 'EEI, and was astounded at how ignorant he was about team. Getting Hoyer was more important to winning the Super Bowl, this season, than getting any future pick. Is anyone really surprised that BB was more concerned with winning the Super, this year, than some imaginary 4th Pick in the Draft.

There are only two guys in the entire world who could have stepped onto the Patriots team, this year, and run an offense in practice. "But the human element is that you had a guy in your room that you really enjoyed being around, you coached, that spent a lot of time learning and grasping what you were doing," McDaniels said. "And you saw him grow and get better and mature and improve through the course of time, and now he's not here. I wish him nothing but the best. I really, really think a lot of this guy. He's got a bright future, he's a great person and I hope he does well for himself out there." They could only have  traded Garoppolo for two guys (the picks are just gravy) during the season, who had already spent the time learning and understanding McDaniels offense.

The reason he called the 49ers is because he had to have Hoyer in order to have practice. "Yeah well, we've had him. We know what he can do. He's been productive [in our system]. He's been in a lot of big games and big situations. We'll try to get him ready to go," BB said. "He hasn't played for us [this season]. I think we have a lot of work to do. But he'll work hard at it, and we'll see where we're at." BB has to worry, not just the pretty stuff, but mostly about how the team functions.

We don't care about the kickers, especially the punter. But a football team cannot function without a punter. An HC has to worry, constantly, about the basic functions of the team, like practice, that the rest of us can usually ignore. A backup QB is as essential to practice during the week as the starter.

In truth, BB knew he could only trade Garoppolo to two teams: 49ers or Colts. Because a team cannot win any game without basic functions in practice. Yes it is boring and ignored by the press for obvious reasons (in fact, I am already getting bored writing about it;).

A backup QB is never wanted in a real NFL game, especially by fans, unless he is kneeing on the ball. But he is essential to the function of the team during the week in practice. ESPECIALLY, when you have an old fart at QB who has been missing practices due to being an old fart. The fundamental lack of understanding of that is the difference between fan boy and reality.

Brissett and Hoyer are the only two guys on the planet who could step onto the Pats this season and run the offense in practice, against the Patriots Defense, and the Colts have no need for Garoppolo. "I am happy for the success that he’s had. I’ve talked to him about that," BB said. "Jimmy worked hard, Jacoby worked hard, and they both have gotten an opportunity. We have another good quarterback here with Brian, who has been working very hard. He’s done a great job for us in the opportunities that he’s had. Obviously, a lot of those are on the practice field, but he has done a great job for us there. Happy for Jimmy and that Jacoby got the opportunity." That is as invaluable to the team as Brady is.

Hoyer had the ability to step into practice day one and run the scout team offense. "Brian's a smart guy. He's got, obviously, some years in our system and our terminology," McDaniels said. "So it will be kind of a cram session here. But I don't expect that to take forever because Brian's an intelligent guy that had plenty of exposure to what we do. And I know he'll work hard. Hopefully we'll catch him up really quickly." They could not have trade Jimmy-G without Hoyer step in for him.

You cannot have Brady running the scout team offense all week, to give reps to the defense so they can see live what they have been studying on film. Garoppolo was as invaluable to the improvement of the Pats defense all season, as Brady was to the improvement of the offense. Plus, Garoppolo practiced the offence solo when Brady was out on Wednesdays. To not understand that shows a complete lack of understanding the basics of sports: practice-practice-practice.

BB is first and foremost a coach. He valued having Hoyer as his backup QB, more than the alleged 4th Pick in the Draft from the Browns. He could have asked the Browns for one of the backup QBs they have drafted over the past few years, but none of them could have helped practice this year. He had to have a QB who understood their offense enough to produce reps in practice. To rest Brady's arm and so much more, in order to trade Garoppolo.

Just like the 49ers loved Garoppolo. "Jimmy is a player we have researched extensively since Kyle and I joined the 49ers," GM John Lynch said. "I am extremely pleased this came together today and we all think it is a big win for our organization." Yet, they didn't start him until almost December. Because he didn't know the offense and couldn't function in practice, never mind an actual NFL game.

Having Garoppolo as his backup QB was more valuable this season than any elusive Draft pick! I mean, if you are interested in winning the Super Bowl. "Sometimes you have things that you want to do with certain people, but there might be people missing practice, and you've got to do them with somebody else during the course of the week," McDaniels said. "Until you get to the game, and then you've got to count on the guys to really understand what to do and know how to do it. That's what all the practices in the offseason and training camp are for to try to build a foundation so if that happens, we can handle it. But, it won't change or adjust what we're doing. Like I said, we'll try to get Brian caught up as quickly as we can." I mean, would you trade the 43 pick in the Draft this year and the Super Bowl, for the 4th pick in the Draft? Ffff... Ah no.

They would not stand a chance to win the Super Bowl this year without a viable option at backup QB, to practice the defense, and rest Brady in practice. Garoppolo not only got reps with the first offense in practice, he was the opposing QB in practice that the defense fought against every week. The defense would never have improved through out the season without Jimmy-G kicking their asses.

Plus, without Jimmy-G they would have had to cancel practice every Wednesday that Brady missed. Or they would have had Brady, and his sore Achilles heel, throwing the ball on the scout team every Wednesday. The Pats Super Bowl chances would not have survived that.

This is the difference between watching sports on Sunday, and understanding team. "We probably had, in my opinion, the best quarterback situation in the league for the last, let’s call it two-and-a-half years," Belichick said. "It's just not sustainable given the way that things are set up." BB doesn't give a shit about picks during the season.

Now he will be glad to have said picks once the season is over. But during the season he is practicing to win Super Bowl, not practicing to draft a Safety in the 2nd. "I couldn’t ask him to give us any more than he’s given us," Belichick said. "The 49ers are getting a good player. And they’re getting a good person. And they’re getting a great teammate. And they’re getting a good quarterback." Jimmy-G made their defense better, in practice, every week.

While Draft picks are the primary source of team building in the off-season. Practice is the primary source of team build during the season. You cannot run a successful practice during the season without a backup QB throwing the ball. You cannot win a Super Bowl without two viable options at QB in practice to help the defense improve each week. That is the difference between fantasy and reality football.

Fascist is as Fascist does. Beware American. President Jerkballs is pulling the cowardly republican Senate closer and closer to the cliff.

Amendment I. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances:

The 1st Amendment to the Constitution is the greatest paragraph ever written by mankind. It is the truest diagram of how to ensure a free Country of citizens survives. But is is also a list of what to attack when you want to be a fascist dictator. President Jerkballs is attacking every article in the 1st Amendment. Beware suckers, or you will be subjugated:
